We had a long journey selling our property. It was listed and we were under contract for a year when this buyer broke contract due to "COVID" but really because they were no longer interested in making the purchase. We re-listed and had 2 offers almost immediately. A few weeks later we were finally able to close. Vivian was great in providing communication all along the way. She worked hard to make sure we had a successful closing.
