Vivian gave us the best advice as to what we needed to do to prepare our 19 year old home for sale. Her feedback was candid and constructive. She has great experience and insight as to what buyers are looking for and her recommendations were very targeted. She was conscientious of our budget and we did everything she knew we had to do. Her pricing strategy, analysis and recommendation was spot on, we even had a small bidding war as a result! Vivian also helped us buy our new home and she did an amazing job working with the seller's agent, the inspection follow-ups and again was spot on with the purchase price. Vivian is detailed-oriented and a great communicator. She was patient with all of our questions. Both closings were very smooth; we knew exactly what to expect and when. Vivian is a true professional and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

I cannot recommend Vivian too highly. My husband and I relocated from Southern California, and we had a very short amount of time to look at houses in a very competitive market. We also had extra challenges due to requirements related to my disability. Vivian got a sense for what we were looking for right away, and when we followed her advice in terms of widening our search parameters, we found a house we fell in love with. From that moment on it seemed as though the single reason for Vivian's existence was to get us that house. She was always available for questions, gave great advice and made spot-on predictions, and served as emotional support during the hugely stressful process of closing. (Said stress having nothing whatsoever to do with Vivian or her team!) I would not hesitate to recommend Vivian to my closest friend or to use her again if we should ever need to. My husband and I feel extremely lucky to have had her as our agent.

Vivian has helped us in 4 different purchases. In such a competitive and complicated market she is extremely efficient and trustworthy which is vital close a deal. She is also very helpful explaining positives and negatives she sees in a property but will not try to influence your decision. I will definitely recommend her and will not doubt one second in calling her whenever I'm ready to make my next real state move.
