Working with Vivian Lyons was a wonderful experience! My husband and I were first time home buyers and felt apprehensive and intimidated about the entire process in the beginning, but Vivian took us step by step the entire way. Not only did she make us aware of what was happening at all times, she made herself available to answer any questions or concerns we might have and we had A LOT! Not once did she make us feel like a burden. She constantly remained pleasant and informative. If we were to buy another home, I would not hesitate to use her services again! For now, we are in a lovely house that we are proud to call home.
