As a first time home buyer I can not say enough about Vivian. She was responsive, knowledgable and was basically there for ever step of the process . One of her greatest attributes is her experience which allowed her to explain in detail and give reassurances when there was hiccups with the entire home buying process. She was in constant communication with not only us but also working with the lender to make sure everything could go as smoothly as possible. In the end there will always be little issues that pop up but Vivian was there is smooth out those bumps and help us get the home we've been searching for.

Just wanted to thank Vivian for another stellar job. She found a property in the only location I really ever wanted to live. Couple highlights that I want to share include the offer letter she sent, and the discussions we had on the loan piece. The offer letter was probably what got the property awarded to me. I believe the smallest details there, broke any ties that I had with other bidders. From there I needed to show them the money. So on the loan piece we had to go through quite a few different options, but the communication line stayed open and we made it happen.
