VIVIAN HUNG

Vivian was referred to us by a good friend of mine who had a great experience with her, and I can honestly say we also had a great first time home buying experience with her too! We came to her with our shortlist of listings we had identified using Zillow and Redfin, and she basically took care of the rest! This included handling all the COVID forms, optimizing the appointments to be on a convenient route, etc. Throughout the process, we were basically in constant contact with Vivian, via email, text, and phone calls. I'm not sure if we were her only clients at the time, but it sure felt like it!!! Since we were new to the home buying process, Vivian really took the time to explain everything that would happen, common occurrences, and things to look out for. She also helped us cope with a "failed" offer (luckily only one failure!). When our second offer got accepted, that's where Vivian's work ethic really blew us away. We had no idea how much paperwork and negotiating went into the buying process after the offer was accepted, and luckily Vivian was there to help coordinate that and guide us through everything, including scheduling the inspections and the follow-up negotiations. It really felt like Vivian was our personal secretary, which was so incredibly helpful! We cannot recommend Vivian enough! If we ever need to enter the housing market again, we would without a doubt call her up!

Vivian is a warm, knowledgeable, professional and just an overall great person who happens to also be a real estate agent. She guided and advised us through our loft purchase and made sure we understood each step. We will definitely recommend her to others.
