One thing she impressed me is that when the termite company find a few spots near the garage’s edge of roofs, she doesn’t need to see how termite company treated it, but she came to the house and help us see the whole process when they treated it. Since the new paint is different from the old one, she helped us buy the same color paint at home Depot to let the worker paint avoiding the color difference. I’m so moved by her carefulness for us.
