If I could give this professional lady ten stars I would. I cold called her from NJ two to three months before coming to FL to begin my home search, because we were planning on relocating. She spent about 1 1/2 hrs getting to know me, then from that point on began sending me listings. My goal and expectation for my first in person visit to FL in February was to look and nail down the exact location and neighborhood we would be interested in as we were not in a rush to purchase. On our last day out (a total of three days looking) on the very last property we looked at we found our perfect home. Alas there was an accepted offer on the property, but we insisted on looking at it anyway since we were from out of town and trying to educate ourselves. Besides, deals fall through everyday. Vivian stayed on it and three weeks later called us to let me know that the previous offer did fall through, and that if we were interested we should place an offer.
