Vivian Ducat

It’s not every day that you buy a home in New York City. Lucky for us, we found Vivian! She was absolutely amazing, helping us navigate the maze of listings, preparing us for bidding and ultimately coaching and supporting us through the application process. My husband calls her fearless and honest. I would add to that hard-working and energetic. We are thrilled with our purchase and have Vivian to thank, in large part, because of her tremendous knowledge of New York real estate and her charisma. Vivian was wonderful to work with. She understood our needs, desires, anxieties, and preferences, and was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The six months from the day we met her to the closing were (as in all real estate dealings) a bit of a roller coaster, but she shepherded us through, kept us sane, and made sure there was a happy ending.
