Then when I met Vivian she started to show us homes we would like to live in. A few months we were closing Escrow, to a beautiful home we love. Vivian is the greatest she tells you everything you need to know, and things you didn't know that are required in the loan process. 06/26/16 Vivian is the best you can get in the world of realtor agents, she is patient, honest, very helpful in teaching you the process of buying a home etc..... I am still working with her in getting into the right home since the first one didn't come through for me but I know putting our intention out there, the right one will be there for me. I am blessed to have her as my realtor agent, have talked to some before her but most seemed like all they care about is making there money. I will do an update after I get my house. It has been a long process but we finally made it. We worked really hard to get it but it's done, I want to thank my beautiful realtor with MM Century 21 Vivian Alfaro for standing by us at all times, she is the most honest and educator person in her field of work, she really cares about her clients. I surely learned a lot from her, she will push the button to get the things done and I also gained a good friend. She's definitely a 5 star agent that goes a step further to get things done and it took only two months to get this house since the first one didn't fall through.
