I have been a licensed Realtor for 25 plus years and have dealt with hundreds of realtors. This lady I have never had the pleasure of meeting in person yet. She texted me and from our first conversation I was extremley comfortable. She took a 45 day listing and absolutely went above and beyond . She and her husband got things done while I was in another state that most agents would not have done. From open houses to getting appliances fixed,making a office a bedroom, and landscaping. I cannot talk enough about her and the best part was she sold the house in under a month. Their are a lot of agents that just want a listing put it in MLS and hope someone sells it.
