Straight forward with no issues and no pressure.
Vito was extremely easy to work with. I really didn't think a realtor would be interested in listing undeveloped land in this price range and was surprised to see him put in so much effort. I had a transferred sewer tap fee certificate that was ancient and I assumed worthless. I was pleasantly surprised when he put in the work needed to redeem the certificate, saving me big $$. Super nice guy that is very knowledgeable. Best realtor I have ever worked with and at 61 I have been through several.
