Vitaly is a very knowledgeable person. He knows the area and market really well, and is a great negotiator. Thanks to him we were able to buy a house that had 8 competing offers. He never rushes you, listens to your requirements and makes great advice. We did check how many properties he sold before we decided to work with him. One concern was his availability, once we saw the number of houses he helps to buy and sell according to Zillow history.
