Virginia was very helpful in using comps in order to negotiate the sales price, getting more than 10% off of the listing price for me. She also took extra care during the inspection process, checking on the house after the seller didn't make all of the agreed upon repairs. She followed and visited the house constantly to ensure that actually did before closing. She worked closely with the lender and was available 24/7 to answer questions.
