Her leadership and community support was also recognized by the Times Leader honoring Virginia as a Distinctive Woman in Business. Virginia is also an officer of San Ysidro Land Holdings. Additionally, Ms. Rose is the managing member of Moonglow Press and Moonglow Marketing. She is the author of the book The Tree of the Hill, published in 2002. Raised in the Greater Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, Virginia graduated from Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School, Kingston, PA. and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA. Virginia began her career with Mellon Bank’s Trust Division, Philadelphia and continued at PNC Bank in the Marketing and Sales Trust Division, Philadelphia. She is a member of the following Association of Realtors: the Luzerne County, the Greater Scranton, the Philadelphia, the National Association and the Pennsylvania. She completed her real estate education at Temple University and is a PA Certified Broker Appraiser. Virginia resides in the Back Mountain with her husband Richard, President and CEO of Petroleum Service Company, Wilkes-Barre, PA. The couple has two sons, Ricky, CEO, Mountain Productions, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Ronnie, Managing Director, Mountain Productions, Berlin, Germany and Dublin, Ireland.
