Gini Pelton and 34 Brookharbor
Gini sold us a condo 10 years ago and was helpful and professional. So, when we were ready to sell another condo, of course, we wanted Gini as our agent. We do not live in the area so she represented us from across the country always communicating and following our direction. She went above and beyond finding people to do jobs that we would have done ourselves if we were there. When we took our property off the market for the winter, she found us a buyer and closed in 3 weeks. That is pretty remarkable.
