When I bought my first house I was very excited to make it a home. I liked my neighborhood and put in a lot of sweat equity into my home. I needed to make sure that it would sell at a fair price. This was key to me since when I put my home on the market there were also a handful of similar homes that went for sale too. It was a little intimidating but Virginia reassured me that my home would standout and she did everything to help keep me calm.
