Over the past summer we decided to move from Maryland to South Carolina and a friend who had recently done the same, recommended a local South Carolina realtor, Virginia LaRoche - they were super pleased with her work helping them purchase a home. We contacted Virginia and initially worked together remotely. She went on the hunt and for our perfect home and sent us DAILY updates of possibilities. I found Ms. Virginia to be very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. She was very honest of her being fairly new to the real estate business of selling homes. She was very accommodating and eager to answer any questions that I had. Ms. Virginia facetimed me of potential properties (being as though I lived 600 miles away) and she was prepared to take measurements of rooms once I did visit, to see properties. Ms. Virginia guided me through the tedious process of paperwork, including during the wire transaction of settlement. To whom it may concern. I was so happy to meet Virginia. At an open house. Virginia was extremely kind and I can see right away how helpful and sincere she is. Within seconds I knew right away I was in good capable hands I knew that she would do everything she could to find the right house for me. She truly took an interest in everything I had to say and really listen to what I was trying to look for. Virginia was also very knowledgeable about the areas of all the homes that she showed me and knowing that I am not from South Carolina she took the time to show me a little bit around the town as well in the homes I was considering. It was extremely nice of her to show me what were the best road to take to avoid heavy traffic and the easiest way to get to stores and the beach. Virginia took the time to explain the tax situation out here in South Carolina as well what I needed to do also about registering my car and so much other useful information which I appreciated her telling me about.. Virginia would also take the time to check in with me from time to time to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I had any additional questions that she could answer for me. She was also helpful in helping me find a good home insurance company and to guide me every step of the way so that things could run as smoothly as possible.
