Couldn't ask for a better realtor! We live out of state and want to find our dream retirement home and Virginia did everything we asked.... and more! She is very knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. We found a new build and without any hesitation, she did all our leg work and guided us through the entire build, while we were living in a different state. Even did our walk-through and even helped us with all the additional utilities installs etc. so upon our arrival, everything was done.
