Ginny was very helpful, getting the showings scheduled immediately on houses we were interested in. She wrote up the contract and any necessary revisions or addendums very quickly, and helped us with negotiations. She knew a good home inspector who was available right away and she attended the home inspection because we were not local. We moved from out of the area, and she made sure to get everything lined up early so we could book flights. She was very responsive to text and email throughout the process. Since the closing she has continued to reach out to see if we need help settling in. I would highly recommend Ginny as an agent, especially if you’re relocating.
