Virginia Buono

We met Virginia by luck at her office in Cutchogue. We were walk-ins without an appointment. Virginia showed us houses in our price range and when we left the North Fork for the fall, she continued to send us information by email. We communicated by phone, text and email - she always responded promptly, even late in the evening! When we found a home we wanted to check further, Virginia took a look for us and made appointments so my local friends could inspect it for us. Virginia provided excellent pricing info so when we finally made an offer, it was completely appropriate. We feel we got an excellent deal on our new home. Virginia researched questions we had with the town and also negotiated a deal on our purchase of some of the furniture in the house. We highly recommend Virginia, we really enjoyed working with her.

She's just the best. My wife and I would only use her. She's responsive, works hard finds deals and the rest. She even searched for Certificates of Occupancy for us to get the deal done! We love VIRGINIA!!! She made it happen!
