Violet Leff

Violet acted fast and efficiently when my wife and I found a condo that we wanted to purchase. We had only been looking causally with no intent to buy, so we were unprepared to act. Violet jumped in and took charge, with great attention to detail and clear communications from beginning to end of the purchase process. As a result, everything went very smoothly.

My wife and I moved to Austin from New York and met Violet at an open house while we were visiting the city. We were first time home buyers so she helped us do our initial homework by sending us reading material before we moved. She remained very patient with us, showed us many, many homes, and we never felt pressure to settle for a home until we found the ONE. Violet helped us narrow our search and was proactive in showing us homes that matched our criteria. She was always very responsive and you could tell she enjoyed spending time and getting to know us. I felt that she provided very personalized service and we were always top of mind - there was never a feeling that she had too much on her plate. Once we found a home we liked, she helped us put in an offer, navigate and explained all the legal aspects (earnest, contracts, title, survey, etc), and then was with us to the end through inspection, closing, and even treated us to a nice dinner :) We really enjoyed working with Violet and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in Austin.
