Vinita helped us with our first house recently in San Diego county. Vinita is friendly, very responsive (she was available pretty much all day if we had any questions). She was very willing to help verify details of the property, home inspection reports, loan transactions, and all other documents during the process. Her communication with different parties was key for us to close sooner than normal closing process times. She is very experienced in San Diego county market. Her communication with seller impressed seller so much that they went with our offer pretty quick. She was always careful listening to our questions and doubts & provided in detail satisfactory answers. At times, she was working pretty late, but she managed to help us prepare offer late in the night. Even when we were okay with not getting any credit, she was able to get us some seller credit. With no doubt, if we decide buy/sell our house, we'll choose to work with her again.

We got lucky to found Vinita as our Realtor. She is simply awesome. We simply trust in her work ethic. 1. She educated us on the market condition, how to prepare competitive offer to get it accepted. Negotiated a price lower than asking for a home that was on Zillow. We found the home on Zillow & when she contacted the listing agents they tried to dissuade her from showing home to both of us. As they said they were negotiating another offer on the home. Anyways, she pressed on telling them that she is working with very strong buyers with a large down then they agreed to let me show it. Helped with repair requests, spoke to our lender to get things moving when it came to a standstill. Attended conference calls with us & lender to make things easier. Help understand why loan changed & get clarity on why the lender had to do it that way so we can meet timeline. Also spoke to lender creative ways to keep cash flow going with a heloc loan as a possibility. 3. Stayed right by us & gave logical information to help ease our fears as we were not used to California market given we moved here from East coast. 4. Having purchased and sold home in NYC, I thought I knew how to buy a property out in here in LA.
