Vinnie was an amazing realtor to work with, I did not feel pressured to just buy a home that didn't feel right to me. He was patient and guided me the whole way I never once felt like just "another sale" it took me time to find the home I wanted and Vinnie was very knowledgeable about what I need to look for as a first time home buyer, what to expect, the things that I should look for in the homes we looked at, and gave me advice in making a list of what is negotiable for me what is a non negotiable, which helped me out tremendously along the way as we looked at more homes to find the one that felt just right.

I was looking at homes and found one I wanted and THEN contacted an agent. I put an offer on the first house I looked at and thought to myself "that's going to be the easiest commission this guy has ever made". Well as it turns out I didnt like the house as much as I thought, so we started to look. Now I have a pretty specific list of things I needed, wanted and were just added bonus points. After looking at numerous houses over numerous weekends, I found the one. The one that met most of my need, some of my wants and had a few to mark off in the bonus side. We put an offer in, went back and forth a few times and came to an agreement, or so we thought. I will spare you the not so pleasant details but suffice to say it was NOT an easy transaction. Vinicio stuck with it and overcame all the obstacles to make it happen, and there were many! Let me add that none of the obstacles were from our side, but he still worked tirelessly to steer the transaction to a place where I would be in the home I wanted. Not only did he work tirelessly for me, he had a network or resources such as financing professionals that was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better agent. I better seller would have been nice, but I could not have stayed the course if not for Vinicio. Thank you kindly sir!
