From the start, Enza was really helpful in getting our house ready to sell, and then moving the process along until we closed the sale. We were in the middle of Covid restrictions during the process, so a lot of things were new territory to everyone. Enza kept us informed about what we needed to do. When we finally had showings and then offers, she helped us sort through our options and get to the best offer. She communicated really well with the other agents, and kept us up-to-date and what was happening. I will definitely use Enza again when I have real estate needs.

I have worked with more than a dozen real estate agents in my lifetime throughout the US, and by far Enza is the BEST!!! Since moving to the Capital Region, I was lucky to find Enza and was immediately impressed with her knowledge of every town around here, other agents, the reality of the buying and selling process, negotiating tactics that really work and she was always sending me homes that had not shown up on Zillow or other sites. There are many great things about her, but my favorite thing is her endless list of contacts for anything you need done to your house, help with your mortgage, best real estate attorney's, landscapers, painters, etc. Always loved it when she called someone for you, they all 'jump" and get it done. They do not make agents like this anymore - in my experience, most are simply "yes" people and just want your listing or show you some houses. Enza is not that way and would be the first to point out areas of opportunity on how to improve my home for showings, if I was unrealistic on pricing it or find issues we missed when looking for new homes. Enza is the BEST agent I have ever worked with.
