I have a penchant for teaching investment real estate and helping people to analyze the better properties to purchase. Many of my clients are attorneys, engineers and successful entrepreneurs. Others are first time home buyers, first time income property owners or the experienced of both areas. I grew up in Belmont Shore in Long Beach went to Saint Anthony's Long Beach, Graduated from Wilson Long Beach, and CSULB with a finance concentration. My Executive MBA is from CSUMB with an investment concentration. Now living in Redondo Beach and specialize in beach proximity properties. I enjoy taking charge of your purchase/sale with updates of all information available at your pace i.e. daily, weekly or when needed. For probate and senior sales I have a team that does it all for the family including preparing the home for sale and distributing the heirlooms. I am a blood, platelet and white cell donor for the Red Cross and Children's Hospital. The support of education through the Peninsula Education Foundation in Palos Verdes is dear to my heart. My coaching days are now behind me as my sons are concentrating on their academic studies. My daughter and son-in-law have given me a granddaughter to enjoy a new journey of life. I stay active through spin cycling, mountain biking, yoga and weight training. The life plan of healthy food, entertainment and education is ongoing pursuit. We bought our desired ocean view house in Redondo recently

We bought our desired ocean view house in Redondo recently. Vincent was recommended to us since we didn’t have a realtor. We received great advices from Vincent to assure the property would go to us. It was on the market for only two short weeks with another offer, and we had to act fast. We are so happy we got it! Vincent helped us along the way because it was a 40 years old house with lots of issues that he got corrected by the previous owner. Vincent is a trustworthy guy. Vincent knows everyone who could help us fix the house, from the flooring company to the plumber, we used all his people! One more thing!
