Vinny was easy to get a hold of, was quick to send us any required communications while making good strategy suggestions on the sale. We were able to sell our home in a tightening market and get what we thought was a really good price that we thought was above the market. Vinny helped us get an AC guy over to check out our system while we were busy and away from the area. While I was concerned about the process, he reassured us that things were going our way and he was right. We closed with a good deal and very few issues.
