I rarely write reviews for anything, but this time is an exception. I was referred to Vincent for his help as a listing agent to sell my townhouse located in Virginia when I already moved to California. To sell a house remotely is for sure a very difficult task. However, Vincent has helped me handle many of the preparations before listing it on the market. Vincent has referred me to a constructor who did good renovation jobs for a very good price. All renovations were handled over the phone using FaceTime, and Vincent helped us to visually check the work in person many times. Vincent has recommended us on what renovations needed to meet the requirements for a great listing on the market. I really appreciated his time and especially his enthusiasm. With his help, everything has happened virtually using FaceTime, from renovations to settlement or closing. I don't need to flight from West back to East coast for anything. This had helped me to perform my main job here in California as usual. I would recommend Vincent if you are in the market to sell or buy your house for his dedicated work and enthusiasm.
