I would like to commend Vincent Mistretta at Re/Max Marketing Specialists for all the hard work associated with the sale of my mother’s home at 4722 St. Lawrence Drive, New Port Richey, FL. After my mother’s sudden passing, I called Vincent to help me list her home. Vincent was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions, and provided a very accurate estimated value. Vincent proved to be a great asset to us through this difficult process, and dealing with 5 long-distance sellers was not an easy task. The house was sold for our asking price within 1 week of listing and closed promptly after the probate issues were resolved. I highly recommend Vincent as he is very knowledgeable in his field, and in my opinion an excellent sales representative.
