We used Vince twice, coming into the lovely town of Pennsville and again, when we decided to move to Florida! Using him as buyers and sellers he did a great job! Where to begin. I was recommended to use Vince by a close family member. After our first meeting I knew I was in great hands and that he would do everything he could to make the biggest purchase of my life a smooth one. Vince was patient, kind, and gave unfiltered feedback. Since I was buying this house by myself it was great to have someone who would truly tell me how they felt with honest opinions. As someone who knows very little about houses or construction this was a great asset for me to have during this difficult process. We looked at around 10 houses before I ended up buying the first one he had shown me a few months prior. I never once felt like I was being "sold" something. I felt like I was touring houses with a good friend who just happened to have a wealth of knowledge about real-estate. While I hope to not have to purchase a home again anytime soon there is no doubt in my mind I would use Vince again in a heartbeat.
