Vince is the reason my husband and I are homeowners, without a doubt. This is an easy Five Stars, 100%, perfect score without thinking. If I *were* to sit and think, though, Vince would still get the same 5/5, 100%, perfect on whatever scale--only with an added bonus points feature of some kind! While I like to be prepared for things as much as possible, nothing could have prepped a pair of home-buying novices for the endless paperwork/hoops to jump through that escrow can be. Vince's expert presence throughout was rather essential in not being entirely overwhelmed and/or taken advantage of. Vince wasn't cold, uninterested stranger in the process, either. He was involved and gave his thoughts/advice on many aspects of the home-buying process up to and including how to deal with the occasionally difficult seller ;) In addition to being reliable, friendly, and other nice words Vince also provided recommendations/referrals for many services that did not disappoint. From the appraisal to home inspection and everything in between, all Vince's picks have been solid so far. I will wrap it up, if anyone is still reading, by again simply stating Vince is the best, we're homeowner's thanks to him, Vince is absolutely entitled to a celebratory drink, and if we ever need/want/get to buy other property in the future Vince will be call number one! Thanks again forever :)

Nicole is a close friend of my families and sometimes just because you know someone doesn't mean they always put in the best effort. Well that different for us, Nicole helped us so much through out this process with buying our first home as a family. My husband and I are so great full for Nicole and Vincent. It was our first time buying a home and we were so fortunate to have agents that could answer any and all of our questions to put us at ease.
