Vince was very informative on the whole home buying process, it was a first time for me and my family guided me on the whole thing. When I had a question he was able to answer them and if he didn’t know the answer he found the answer. Also very patient,makes you feel he’s not there just to make a quick buck. He makes you feel as if he’s looking for a home too! Highly recommend Vince !
We luckily met Vince in our first visit of a house to buy. He was so respectful and nice that we were convinced to continue with him as our agent. We were first home buyers and so very inexperienced, but he described very small pros and cons of every house, usually details that we didn’t notice. He never pushed us for any deal and was very patient with us as we changed our minds about a couple of deals at the last minutes. Vince was also very punctual in each appointment. We definitely recommend him as an excellent buyer’s agent.
