Vince Seiter

I worked with Vince to both buy and sell a home this past spring and I would strongly recommend him to others looking to buy or sell a home in the metro area. Vince has a lot of experience with the housing market in the Twin Cities. As we looked at houses with him, he would routinely mention individual homes in a particular area that he had shown in the past or even owned himself. He is also very knowledgeable in regards to home repair, and was able to suggest several easy fixes to the properties we investigated. Vince is also very effective. We recently purchased a home at 8% below asking. In the same market, we were able to sell our old home above asking price... In fact, we had multiple offers above asking within a few days of putting our house on the market! Not only did Vince represent us very well, he also represented us ethically. I found buying and selling a home to be a complex process with lots of uncertainty, but Vince never cut corners... even if it would have been easier to do so. I feel much better knowing that my relator plays by the rules and treats others with respect as well.
