We are very please with the service we received from Mr. Masotta and his team. To date he has sold two properties and bought one for our family. Timing was critical on the last transaction since our family member needed to sell in order to go into an assisted living environment. The ease in which the house was sold is very impressive. We would definitely rely on Mr. Masotta for any future real estate transactions.

This is the 3rd time I have used Vin for a real estate transaction and I would not hesitate to use him again, although I am never moving again :-). Vin was always available to answer any questions, explain everything I didn’t inderstand and advise me in the decision making process. His knowledge and expertise made this a painless process. Vin offered good market knowledge. Negotiations turned out better than anticipated. We had an unusual situation where we were out of state sellers and depended on Vin to make the process easy and low stress. Vin came through like a champ. Calls and texts were answered in minutes at all times of the day and night. We never felt alone in the process. Last minute services were required at the house before sale. All we had to do was ask and Vin took care of it in a timely fashion. Through the sale, the closing and the transfer of documents across the country and the excellent communication with his closing attorney and staff, we felt safe and comfortable, as if our closest friends were handling the transaction for us.

Vin was really good for us. He really likes Wallingford, but was happy to show us the surrounding areas (we bought in Cheshire). It took a long time for us to choose and I think we checked out houses over 3 weekends and he didn't mind. He was really enjoyable to be around, gave fantastic advice about homes (as we were first time home buyers). He was very responsive to our every request and pushed us to fill out forms etc. when we needed guidance. We had a very short timeline because of my work and Vin ensured everyone kept to that timeline. Overall, we were really happy with Vin and I would highly recommend him.
