We specialize in assisting relocating buyers, seniors, and first-time home buyers, My expertise is complemented by my wife, Deb, who shares my dedication to providing top-notch service. Together, we prioritize integrity and efficiency in every transaction, ensuring that our clients' needs are met with care and attention to detail. We are active members of their community, participating in charitable initiatives such as Pearce Real Estate’s Annual Day of Caring, donating to the company’s Thanksgiving baskets that are distributed to those who are in need throughout local communities, contributing to the company’s winter coat and food drives, and supporting organizations like United Way and American Red Cross. We have been members of the Wallingford Country Club since 1993, where I have served on the Board of Directors for 16 years and as President from 2014-2016. Deb and I also enjoy working within our community at the Church of the Resurrection in Wallingford. We also enjoy spending time dining with friends and playing golf, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. My previous career was Director of Project Management for SNET/SBC, being responsible for sales support within Connecticut's business market.
