My father is a retiree from New Jersey and was looking at property in Florida. While doing some research I came across the the Pires team, Vilmar, Jane, and Vanessa. I called and explained the situation and it really seemed that they were excited to take us on as clients. From the beginning to the end of my father closing on his new house in the Vero Beach area they couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. From Vilmar handling the properties and inspections, as we were not able to be down for any, to Jane handling all the paper work in a timely manner, and finally Vanessa closing out the deal strong, because there were some issues. This team was amazing to work with and secured us the property we wanted in a timely and professional manner. We couldn’t have been luckier to have things fall into place for us finding this team.
