We had opportunity to work with Lalitha recently while buying and later renting the property and were thoroughly impressed. She is very professional and courteous in her approach. At times we thought we were bothering her with too many showing requests but she was very patient and never complained. She also has great insights about the local markets and best practices in the home buying processes. She moves very quickly and efficiently with the paperwork as well. The cashback covered a big part of our closing costs. It was a great experience with her. I would blindly recommend her for your home buying/ selling/ renting needs.
