During COVID pandemic, house market was on fire. With low interest rates and high demand of houses due to Work from Home, people were hunting for houses like there was no tomorrow. To be frank, I was one of them, yet I was very new to the market with zero experience. As a first-time buyer, you tend to have so much fear and hesitation and want to be taught as much as possible to do well in a hot market. I actually had a random agent I met on LinkedIn before Viet. I was barely taught a single thing. I went to see houses and made a few bids, but they were all losers. I didn't get the good vibe from that that random agent that I would win in the market. I was discouraged and thought I wouldn't be able to find a place for myself until I met Viet. Viet was just the guy I wanted to have as my agent. He's a great guy - friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward. In other words, he is like that one smart friend that you can always talk to. He had done an exceptional job as my agent. He set the right expectation. He try to find you the right place. Pretty much, he seems to know your sweet spot. Overall, great guy! I would work with him again in the future.
