If you are reading this review to determine the skill and quality of this realtor, LOOK NO FURTHER! Exceeding my expectations, Victoria never disappoints! My first encounter with Victoria was when I purchased my dream home. Since that time she also sold 2 of my homes. After almost 20 years, my most recent encounter with Victoria was bittersweet. I chose to downsize from my dream home and of course, my #1 Realtor was on speed dial. Our reconnection was as if no time had passed. Victoria's management of the sell of my home was PRO-fessional! So many challenges arose with my property and Victoria was always on top of the situation providing her expertise and solutions that prevented me from making debt-inducing choices. I walked into the sale discouraged and expecting to accept less than I hoped as the seller. Victoria and her team were always "on ready" going above and beyond the "normal call of duty"! Anytime I called or text I always felt like a priority with immediate response! The "Victoria Experience" is First Class and Victorious! We closed in record time with an offer exceeding my desired sell price! I can't begin to express my gratitude for this team of experts! If I embark upon another real estate journey down the road, Victoria Valle will always be who I call!
