I worked with John Hilyard. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He never made us feel as if we were interrupting him and always had a quick response when we called or texted. He always showed us houses as soon as they hit the market in our very competitive market that is essential. We really valued his opinion and pointing out issues the house may have had in order for us to determine if it needed further investigation. I would recommend John to anyone.
