From start to finish we felt like we were in the best hands possible with Victoria and her team guiding the sale of our home. Prior to listing the details of selling and listing were clear and taken care of completely. Awesome guidance for staging our home and preparing us and our home for what to expect. The coming soon period seems to have been a great precursor to listing as the traffic was heavy in views. Our home sold quickly and Victoria got the job done in negotiating our sale price. Closing was a dream. Her team was available, responsive and completely thorough from the very beginning. Highest recommendation!

Victoria and her team were nothing but excellent the entire process. And my wife and I didn't make it easy on them! We started looking for a house right when COVID started so the buying market was very tough and competitive. John Hilyard was our main realtor and he must of shown us at least 30+ houses before we settled on the right one. The team was extremely fast and efficient and I would recommend them to everyone!

Victoria and her team were outstanding! The pictures of our home were the best I have ever seen. With a lovely video and beautifully printed brochures. Our home was sold in a timely manner and at a price we were happy with. We were between two realtors and Victoria's commission was a bit higher. That little more in commission was money well spent, she is worth it. Victoria priced our house very accurately at a great price point. Others I have known had experiences with other teams where they never got to talk to the main realtor once they listed. That wasn't our experience. The people on her team are great communicators and do their job well. But if I ever wanted to talk to Victoria she was available and happy to help. Her negotiating skills are top notch. We couldn't be happier with how the sale of our home went. What a pleasure it was to work with her. The only sad part is we moved to another state where we could use her as our buying agent.

Victoria’s team provided outstanding guidance for preparing our home for sale as we needed to do a lot of sprucing up. She guided us on how to focus our time on the most logical projects that would yield the biggest bang for the buck. She knew the best timing to hit the market. She is well respected in the marketplace. Her marketing team did a great job of putting together and executing the marketing plan. We had a lot of activity and showings that lead to an offer that we felt was reasonable. After the offer, the team lead us through the process to closing. They kept us informed along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone trying to sell their house.

My Brother and I had to sell our Father's home because he passed a few months prior so it was a delicate situation with it still being fairly fresh and new. Overall, we liked Victoria but we felt at times when it mattered for example when we needed to talk to her about countering on an offer we spent all morning try to reach her and received no text, e-mail or call for hours and the buyers offer expired later that day so it made us very anxious the fact that we couldn't reach our Realtor. We also felt at times, she didn't advocate for us enough when it came to negotiating.

It was a very swift sales through adversity of COVID-19. Victoria gave a very keen advice to improve our home to a higher level very quickly. Buyers gave their offer at a right price on their first visit at noon on the first day of our house on market. That was simply amazing. Thank you so much, Victoria and your great team!
