Today, we closed on our home in Maumee where we lived for 16 wonderful years. It was a difficult choice for us to sell but we couldn't have made a better choice for a realtor. When we decided to sell we were out of town for the winter. Because of her teams effort, including pictures and marketing, our home was put up for sale on a Friday and the following Monday we had 4 written offers to choose from. Victoria recommended the direction to follow with the offers and it worked out perfectly. 3 of the 4 offers were above our asking price. After accepting an offer Angie navigated us all the way through to closing, making everything very easy and transparent. The communications from beginning to end was second to none.
