We had sold our 3 previous homes “By Owner”; the first transaction was unremarkable, the second was anything but smooth, with miscommunication and misunderstandings eventually leading to a lost buyer. The last home we sold By Owner, the Buyers’ Agent was Victoria. That experience, from our perspective as the Sellers, was flawless.
