We were looking for an agent to list our home Victoria was our first call. Immediately, we knew we had the right team. During a home visit Victoria explained the expectations the processes and how her team would be involved. She provided recommendations for preparing the house. The team scheduled 50 showings for the opening weekend which resulted in our sale. We couldn't be any more pleased!

Victoria did a great job helping us time the sale of our home (we had some flexibility) to ensure we maximized the number of available buyers. We had non-stop showings of our home for 3 days and had multiple offers in less than a week. We particularly appreciated the help in staging our home provided by Max, who was respectful of our furnishings while ensuring that our home shone through in the on-line photos and during showings.
