Garrett was an amazing realtor. My wife and I were attempting the (almost) impossible; purchasing a home from out of state while keeping it within our price range, neighborhood wants/needs, and custom home wants/needs. Garrett went out of his way to show us homes (via FaceTime). In fact, I felt bad for him because while we were getting our finances in-order, he was always there without the skip of a beat when he could’ve very easily assumed we weren’t ready to purchase.
