Victoria was a pleasure to work with. In this time it can be very difficult to find genuine people who truly put your needs before their own. I think first impressions are a big definition of character and it was clear from the beginning that she was very knowledgeable in what she does. My family and I had our eyes set on a new construction home and even though we were sold from the second we saw it. Victoria wanted to make sure we had a chance to see other homes that were on the market to ensure that this was indeed what we wanted and that we wouldn’t miss out on anything else. But needless to say after viewing other homes we were still sold on the initial home. And although new home pricing doesn’t really budge. Victoria was able to get us a free fridge upgrade with the new home!!! She fought for more but builder didn’t want to budge. But she will top down sell for your upgrades by shooting for the moon. But you’ll land on the stars and end up getting more than if you have never asked at all. Victoria had asked all the questions that I had never even considered asking so its important to have someone on your team looking out for you. Always responsive with her calls and texts and always offered a helping hand even when not needed. Very happy with our experience!

This was my 2nd experience with Victoria and she was just as great in the buying process as the selling process! After packing, moving boxes, and furnitures, I finally have the chance to write this review. I wouldn’t be enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning in my new home or grilling at the backyard if it wasn’t for Victoria’s determination to help and find the right home for my family. It is my first house so she explained everything needed to know. I told her the style I was looking for and we definitely made the right choice when choosing our forever home. We didn’t stop until we found the right one. Victoria had full of ideas and suggestions when something needed some fixing. Some realtor will make you fill out paper work and for someone like us who’s a first time home buyer, it can be confusing, but Victoria did it all. It was definitely a breeze. Rest assured you’re in good hand.

I have nothing to say but praises! Victoria Tan is simply a house seller's dream! She made us feel at ease from the moment we called her. Everything from the first meeting (professional and open, to having the contract ready, and signage ready) was top notch. She worked WITH us on pricing our house. She explained her process, listened to our feedback, and made us feel like we were a team. Victoria knew time was of essence for us, and timed the launch perfectly! Only two days on the market, we received multiple offers. We closed on the house in just 42 days from the day we met Victoria. I didn't have to worry about anything except where we would go in this summer heat,during quarantine, when showings were done during the day. That's it. I never had to worry about Victoria being on time, and never questioned her professionalism. She is so easy to talk to, and open. She works well into the night, and told us so! She wasn't kidding! She works well into 3 am sometimes! She never once made us feel like we were bothering her. If I didn't hear from her, I wasn't concerned because I was very confident in knowing that she was busy working hard for her clients. Her photographer,Vinnie, blew us away! His pictures of our house were both true to color and a real representation of our house. His shots were presented with vivid skies and greens, and high-def. Vinnie,too, was professionally dressed upon meeting us. He arrived at very short moment's notice. Still, he really took his time with the captures. He highlighted our property very well and very accurately. He also included digital floor plans which are highly recommended by potential buyers. Overall, Victoria and her team are the gold standard in real estate.
