No Regrets!!!

I was referred to Victoria by a couple of friends who previously worked with her and had great experiences. My situation was challenging as I was dealing with a family estate and multiple family members. It was a unique property to say the least and we knew it would not be an easy sell. Victoria met with us to listen to everyone's concerns and idea's before presenting her thoughts on different ways to approach it. We all loved her personality and ideas on how to market the property so we agreed to hire her for the challenge. Right out of the box Victoria got things moving right away and targeted several different markets for this unique property. As opportunities came up she presented them and we discussed the pros and cons. It took quite a while to find a good fit and Victoria never quit trying different approaches, going above and beyond to find solutions to our challenges. Her communication was always great and kept us informed. It took a while, but we finally found a good fit and offer. Victoria did a great job negotiating on our behalf and got a contract in hand. She made it easy to understand the whole process and what to expect ahead, keeping us informed at every step. Getting from there to closing was almost too easy. My family very much appreciates the time and effort she put into selling our family home of 52 years. It's been an emotional roller coaster for us and Victoria really helped make it as easy as possible. We're glad we chose her for this and have no regrets!
