This was our first selling experience, and there are a lot of emotions that come along with selling your first home. Victoria was the expert hand and voice of reason we didn't know we needed! We were not planning on selling, but circumstances changed and we pivoted quickly. Victoria helped us from start to finish with tips for things we could do to maximize our sales price, and patience as we prepared to get our home on the market. As we got ready to list she listened to our concerns (the inconvenience of showing your home when you have two pets and are working from home) and built a marketing / listing plan to get our house sold as quickly as possibly. We were thrilled to be under contract, at a price we wanted, in the first weekend! While it is true, you can list your home yourself or with any agent, where Victoria truly shined was in the follow up. She thoroughly vetted our offers and helped us make a selection. After we were under contract she maintained regular contact with the buyer's lender and agent to ensure the sale closed on time. We never had to reach out to her for an update; she was always on top of things and was sure to give us a heads up if she felt there may be hiccups. It was fantastic to have an agent who just took care of things. We felt like Victoria really managed our sale and had it under control. We would absolutely use Victoria again, and would have no hesitation recommending her to others.

I was amazed at how quickly Victoria sold my condo. She quickly received multiple offers. I was willing to accept the highest, although it was below asking because I was desperate and needed to sell before the next mortgage payment was due. Victoria told the other agents there were multiple offers and asked for the best offer by noon the following day. I was floored when she was able to get me $1,000 over asking. Furthermore, Victoria was able to do everything remotely. I have health issues and I am very concerned about my ability to survive COVID-19. Victoria was able to do everything 100% remotely. She went above and beyond by doing the final walk-through with the tenant I has renting the condo, including collecting the keys from the tenant when they moved out. Highly recommended!!!

Where do you start when you’re writing a review for someone that literally went out of her way in every way, every time? I guess you just start so I will…. Victoria went the extra miles (Yes, miles, not mile) for us every time, finding us the perfect house, explaining everything to us, (and it was a lot) she had the patience of a saint! We never felt like it was a “business transaction” with her but rather, if she felt we weren’t truly happy and cared for during our home buying experience and even after, she wasn’t satisfied. That is clearly more than just a business transaction to someone. If you aren’t utilizing Victoria to purchase your home, I feel you’re losing out in so many ways… From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Victoria!
