Queen Ann Seattle Condo Purchase

We have worked with Victoria on several purchases and sales over the last 20 years. We keep going back to her as she goes above and beyond what other realtors offer. Victoria not only has all the real estate knowledge but most important to our family is she is a tough negotiator which brings value to the individuals she represents. She also has so many contacts such as 1031 exchange companies (for rental exchanges) and construction/repair contacts. Need a roof repair to sell your home? landscaping issues? painting etc- Victoria has all the least priced quality job contacts to get your home sold. Victoria is also patient trying to find the best property to her clients. Victoria Rocks!
