Natalia and I decided to seek a new home due to work locations. My daughter referred Victoria due to the three times they used her in five years. So we did. Right away she found five homes within the criteria Natalia had shared. We took a day and visited all of them, even though we truly liked one home very much early on. The hardest part was finding a place that eased downsizing; leaving 2.5 acres for a housing development. Even so, Victoria showed us three large lot homes and comparable homes more than space. Which was great for times change and she allowed us to see the variety available. Second important selection was a school with STEM programs. All five locations supported this. We followed her project plan, which I had no idea of the new methods of realty; dealing is fast! Even so, Victoria collaborated everything within our schedules and we completed the inspection issues with ease and financing. NOTE: Our first lender had issues and Victoria did all she could, but through her assistance/resources, she found a lender who was more user friendly and was able to achieve our purchase quickly. Then we needed to sell our old home. What a chore that was after 30 years of homesteading. Even so, once I had completed 'moving', once again Victoria's magic had it sold in four hours!!! Yep, the craziest experience ever! As with our purchase issues this buyer did too, yet with Victoria's collaboration skills it all worked out for everyone. The key to being a great realtor are: being available in many means, having experience, having resources and above all else communication skills. Victoria proved these to my daughter whom recommended her to us and followed through with them. We recommend Victoria to anyone needing to sell or purchase a home.
