My husband and I were looking for our first home, and Victoria was a pleasure to have as our agent. She actively listened to all of our wants in a house and location needs, and was also very extremely flexible with working with our busy work schedules to visit houses. Great response times as well when texting/calling, and honestly a very kind person. We would enjoy working with Victoria again.
This was my first time buying a house along with my wife and we are very satisfied with our experience. Victoria was very knowledgeable and did not sugarcoat anything and was completely honest in what she thought. Despite her warnings, my wife and myself submitted an offer for what was a less than ideal situation but she supported us 100% of the way and understood that we really wanted the house regardless of the deal we made with the sellers. The whole process was rough but Victoria was on top of things every step of the way. Victoria's main goal was to get us the house that we wanted regardless of how unfair the circumstances were, and because of her intense efforts we ended up in a great home!
